Regardless of what the screeching progressive left tells you, you need to understand ONE thing about our 2nd Amendment rights. The 2nd Amendment was NOT put in place because of hunting, and the argument that the founding fathers couldn’t foresee AR-15s and AK-47s and didn’t intend people to have military arms is a strawman because ALL weapons at the time were military weapons.

The 2nd Amendment was put in place primarily to serve as the last line of defense against a tyrannical government. Do I need to repeat that for you? Let it sink in for a moment.

The British kept trying to confiscate colonists’ weapons so they couldn’t resist the king. A defenseless populace could not resist the oppression of the government. After winning the war, the founders were determined NEVER to allow that to be the case in America again, which is why they codified their hard-earned knowledge in the 2nd Amendment.

So, as politicians begin talking about gun control again, limiting your rights to keep and bear arms, and as the democrats are now finally OPENLY discussing confiscating your weapons, you are seeing the 21st century manifestation of the King of England and the British Parliament here on American shores.

The only difference between the 1700s and now is that the oppressors are on THIS side of the ocean.

Secession: A RIGHT of the People

This article was from 2012 when many Oklahomans and others began seriously considering secession. The so-called “experts” all poo-pooed the idea saying it couldn’t be done. Here are a few examples.

“It’s ridiculous, the states cannot secede. We saw that in 1865. Six hundred something thousand men lost their lives to prove that the union is indissoluble. It can’t be done,” Historian Bob Shalhope said.

“It has got to be the federal government or congress saying it’s okay, agreeing to it, but you know that is slim to none,” Political Scientist Michael Hirlinger said.

“It’s empty talk and rhetoric, nothing is going to come of it. It lets them blow off their emotions and blow off steam,” Shalhope said.

“The power of secession is not a power reserved to the state. It’s not worth discussing,” Shalhope said.

That last one is pretty rich. This pompous ass blows off the anger rising in America against the federal government by saying that secession isn’t a power reserved to the states. Hmmmm. This idiot doesn’t seem to realize that all the things the federal government is doing that we are pissed about are NOT powers reserved to the FEDERAL government.

So, let me get this straight. Just because secession isn’t written into the Constitution, when the federal government becomes tyrannical and exceeds its authority, we’re supposed to just sit back and take it?

No.

Perhaps you remember when a group of colonies were being oppressed by a tyrannical king. Did the colonies have the power delegated by King George to secede? Nope. But they RIGHTLY did it anyway. Perhaps I should remind these simpletons of the words penned by our founding fathers in our Declaration of Independence.

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. The Constitution is a CONTRACT between the states and the federal government. The government has violated the terms of that contract, thus rendering that contract null and void. We have EVERY RIGHT to secede, and on our current path it is not only our right, but our duty if we want to preserve any shred of our liberty for ourselves and our children.

Is the Bundy Ranch the ‘Lexington Common’ of the 2nd American Revolution?

The federal government has strayed so far from its Constitutional reservation that it doesn’t remember what it was founded for, and what its limits are. They are taxing away over half of our income, taking our land, and dictating not only what we can’t buy, but what we MUST buy. It is out of control, and likely beyond repair. To add insult to injury, you have some in local and state government who either don’t see, or actually support the overreaches of the federal government.

For example, you have this county commissioner from Clark County, NV who said that protesters or people coming to support Bundy “better have funeral plans” if they come to Clark County.

Americans have been pushed deep into a corner from which there is likely only one avenue of escape. We need to steel ourselves, and be armed, ready, and willing to fight if necessary. We should not fire the first shot, but we d*** sure better fire the last one.

Barack HugObama Chavez completing transformation of the press into ‘State-Run Media’

If you’re not already awake to the fact that Barack Obama is a tyrant who, along with his progressive minions, wish to rule and oppress us, what else will it take to convince you?  ALL dissent to this president and administration is being punished, and that punishment is being used to intimidate anyone else who might speak out against their tyranny.  The IRS is being used to financially intimidate political opponents.  The NSA is monitoring and collecting data from everyone that could be used against them for blackmail or other purposes.  The police forces are being militarized along with the Dept. of Homeland (in)Security to act as a force not to PROTECT us, but to CONTROL us.  The military is being purged of any senior leader who shows a willingness to honor his oath to defend the Constitution against ALL enemies, and/or who has any real leadership ability and charisma.  And now Obama is moving to ensure that an already largely compliant and subservient media is brought completely under his control, and all unfavorable reporting on him, his administration, or the agenda he is pushing is crushed.  We are one step away from Pravda, state-run media, here in America.  This is the kind of thing that was done by Hugo Chavez, Joseph Stalin, Mao, Hitler, and every other dictator who has risen to power.

With all of the MYRIAD violations of the law and the Constitution by this president and his administration, WHAT FURTHER PROOF DO YOU NEED that he is an ENEMY OF OUR REPUBLIC AND OUR CONSTITUTION?!?!?!?!

This usurper MUST be removed from office, tried, impeached, and jailed.  He has gone FAR beyond the transgressions that any previous president has EVER been impeached for, and he’s NOT SLOWING DOWN.  In fact, he is becoming more bold in his willingness to ignore the law and Constitution with each passing day, and these transgressions are right out in public for all to see.

Congress won’t act, the ballot box has already been corrupted, and the law means nothing to this president.  What avenue of redress are we left with to remove this usurping tyrant?

Many Christians have been brainwashed and browbeaten into believing that they should not defend themselves when attacked or threatened by a criminal or other person who wishes them ill.  Many have also fallen for the lie that we shouldn’t own or carry a gun for self defense.  This could not be further from the truth.

Our founding fathers were much more well versed in the Bible than most who we call “Biblical scholars” today.  They considered this matter while while hammering out our Constitution, and there are very good reasons that we have our 2nd Amendment as a result.

Imagine the following scenario: At church this Sunday, while reviewing the list of announcements and upcoming events for your church, your pastor added, “Oh, and don’t forget: on Sundays we have our regular target practice. Make sure to bring your rifles. Make sure to bring your pieces to church.”

Absurd, right? Not so. It used to be the American way. For example, a 1631 law in Virginia required citizens to own firearms, to engage in practice with them, and to do so publicly on holy days. It demanded that the people “bring their pieces to the church.” Somewhere along the line we have lost this mindset. Today the ideas of church and arms are assumed to be at odds, as if loving your neighbor has nothing to do with the preservation and defense of life and property.

But the idea of Christian society and an armed, skilled populace actually have deep historical roots. Alfred the Great codified the laws of England in the 9th Century, often resorting to biblical law in order to do so (where he departed from biblical law, the integrity of his famous law code is quite poor). Alfred applied the Deuteronomic laws of kings that forbad a standing army (Deut. 17), and as a result developed a national defense based on militia:

By the Saxon laws, every freeman of an age capable of bearing arms, and not incapacitated by any bodily infirmity, was in case of a foreign invasion, internal insurrection, or other emergency, obliged to join the army.…[1]

Remember when Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson cut a deal with the Obama Administration to deliver the 60th vote in favor of Obamacare? To the ever-lasting shame of both sides, the result was an embarrassment that came to be known as the Cornhusker Kickback.

Basically, Big Ben asked for some special help so Nebraska could cover the increased costs of Medicaid when Obamacare finally passed. Barack and his buddies said “done” and—viola!—suddenly there was an additional $100 million for Nebraska buried deep in the legislation. (Victory at any cost, regardless of whether or not it is good for the American people.  Sure, they are willing to make the other 49 states pay to buy one vote.  Why not?)

When news of this sweetheart deal got out, I’m delighted to report that a mighty outcry went up around the country. No one was willing to defend this crass example of Washington payola—not the folks who arranged it or even the voters who benefited from it.

In a sane world such overt bribery would never make it past a conference committee. But fiscal sanity—or even outright honesty—hasn’t been much of a factor in Washington politics for years. Instead of slicing $100 million out of Obamacare, the wheeler-dealers in charge of spending your money decided that “the only fair thing to do” was to give the same benefits to the other 49 states.

All of a sudden a special subsidy that was going to cost us $100 million—pocket change when you’re talking about a $870-billion piece of legislation—soared to $30 billion. Even by Washington’s spendthrift standards, we’re starting to talk about some real money here, folks.

What happened next shouldn’t have surprised me: The powers that be decided to cover the costs by slapping a new tax on well-off Americans. (Except for democrats, democrat supporters, and Obama’s cabinet. There are several multi-millionaires in that group that pay little or no tax whatsoever. If it’s so freaking FAIR for the “rich” to pay more taxes, why don’t they join the party? Oh, wait. I see the difference. You are only supposed to tax those who actually EARN their money. That would rule out the liberals and democrats right away.) After all, as President Obama keeps reiterating, it’s only right that the wealthiest among us pay “their fair share.”

So that’s how a brand-new tax on what the redistributionists like to call “unearned income” became the law of the land. (And of course Tim Geithner who will be telling us to pay this tax won’t be paying his using the excuse that he’s too dumb to figure out Turbo Tax. That may actually be true. Nor will the rules apply to Charlie “Condo” Rangel, and I’m sure to most or all of the democrats and their supporters. Mr. Obama keeps talking about all of this “fairness,” yet I don’t see him or his amazon wife donating any of their millions and lowering their standards to match ours which he is destroying daily. What gives?) Starting next year, if you earn more than $200,000 a year, expect to see another bite taken out of anything you’ve managed to save. The new tax will cover interest on your Certificates of Deposit and other savings accounts; any dividends you make on stocks or mutual funds, rental income on any real estate you own, and anything else our masters in Washington can classify as “unearned” income. (For people who claim to be so smart, these democrats sure are dumb. They don’t understand basic economics, they either don’t study history, or just don’t care, and they don’t seem to care that their policies ALWAYS have the direct opposite of their stated intent. By taxing the producers of this country at such a high level, you remove their incentive to produce. When that happens, factories close, jobs vanish, the tax base and industrial base dry up, and no wealth is being produced from which to tax anymore. This is not a hard concept to understand, and has been borne out through thousands of years of economic history.)

Excuse me for a moment while I let out a primal scream or two about the Marxist misnaming of my so-called unearned income.  I worked mighty hard to earn every penny I’ve managed to save. There were a lot of 80 and 90 hour weeks when I was younger and just starting in business. I had to do the work of two or three people every week to keep my company’s doors open. And I’ll bet a lot of you who will be hit by this new tax can say the same thing.

Even Ben Nelson is now in full retreat from the monstrosity he helped create. No sooner had the Senate version of Obamacare finally been approved in the House than he became the first Democrat in the Senate to denounce “reconciliation.” He said he was especially troubled by the new tax he helped foist on us. He also denounced all those other add-ons that have pushed “the total cost of health reform up billions of dollars.”

Gee, does anyone think the senator is trying to curry favor with the voters back home? (Of course he is. He is a coward trying to save his own skin, preserve his own job, and maintain a hold on political power.) I hope a lot of Nebraskans will remember all of this when they go to the polls this November.

By the way, while I’m on the subject, may I ask for a show of hands of all of you who feel you don’t pay your fair share of taxes? And yes, Mr. Buffett, if by any chance someone sends you this column, we would love to publish your reply. I’ve seen reports that you think you should pay more. So why don’t you? There’s no law against Berkshire Hathaway adding a zero to every check it sends Uncle Sam.

For the sake of this discussion, I’m willing to grant that every American who is worth more than $50 billion should pay more in taxes than I do. Not just more total dollars, but I’ll compromise my principles enough to tolerate the plank in the Communist Manifesto that calls for a progressive income tax being levied against them.

But for the rest of us, let’s get real, as my kids would say. The canard that well-off Americans aren’t paying “their fair share” is one of the biggest of the Big Lies that socialists have used for decades to foster the culture of envy that dominates almost all of our politics.

Let’s look at the numbers to see what the truth really is. The last year for which the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released figures is 2007, so what follows is a bit out of date. But I can’t imagine that the percentages have changed much in ’08 and ’09. Look at what the government’s own figures show:

• The top 1 percent of taxpayers in this country pay 40.42 percent of all income taxes.
• For the top 5 percent, the percentage is even higher. The 7.1 million taxpayers who fit this description pay 60.63 percent of all Federal income taxes.
• The bigger the net, the greater the discrepancy. The top 25 percent of taxpayers (35.3 million of us) can take pride in knowing that we contribute 86.59 percent of federal taxes. And the top 50 percent (70.5 million of us) pay 97.11 percent of the total taxes collected.

In comparison, the bottom 50 percent of filers—some 70.5 million of Americans with any kind of income—pay a minuscule 2.89 percent of federal tax dollars.

(Did you get that? The bottom 50% of FILERS don’t pay ANY federal income tax. If you are getting the “Earned Income Tax Credit,” you aren’t paying taxes. Obama and company are trying to push more of the middle class into the dependent class so they can create a super majority of voters who are dependent on the purse strings of government. The end result is twofold. You get a bunch of zero-liability voters telling the producers how to spend what they earn, and you have an ever expanding class of people beholden to and dependent on government. That’s enough to secure power, and eventually get to the point that votes don’t matter any more. Then we are ALL serfs.)

By what possible rationale can anyone say that the “rich” in this country don’t pay their fare share? You tell me. If the 71.22 percent that the top 10 percent in this country pay isn’t “their fair share,” then what is? I’d really like to know how you Obamaites (and yes, there are lots of you who read this column) justify urging government to confiscate more of our earnings.

With tax-collection day now less than two weeks away (Tax Freedom Day won’t happen for nearly two more months; I’ll write about that as it gets closer), I’ve been thinking a lot about our rapacious government and what it will take to put it on a diet.

As we’ve just seen, asking nicely ain’t gonna do it. Even yelling loud and long won’t be enough.

We’ve got to run the rascals out of office. Not all of them, I’m happy to say. Get rid of the worst 10 or 15 percent and the rest of the crowd in Washington will move to the right so fast the loony left won’t know what hit them. (I can only hope and pray that our republic survives that long, and that we can indeed save the republic without the need for a 2nd American Revolution.)

Remember, most legislators aren’t dedicated to making government bigger. They aren’t dedicated to making it smaller, either. They’re just dedicated to staying in office. And if sounding (and voting) like a new Sarah Palin is what it will take to protect their careers, most of them will move right so fast all you’ll see is a blur. (He is absolutely correct in that they want to stay in office. However, I feel the author is a bit optimistic about a shift to the right for the democrats. They have let the cat out of the proverbial bag, shown their true stripes, and shown us what is REALLY at the core of their being. Their core is rabid social progressivism. They can’t put that genie back in the bottle now. It is up to the voters to rid us of these vermin. Should the voters fail, and their tyranny continue unchecked, the responsibility of saving this republic will fall upon the shoulders of a few brave men and women willing to sacrifice everything, just as they did in the 1700’s against the British. God, help us and show your mercy upon us so that it does not become necessary for Americans to shed the blood of fellow Americans to preserve liberty and our republic.)

In this country, we can still “throw the rascals out.”  But it will only happen, as I’ve said before, if those of us who work for a living become as devoted to the battle as those who vote for a living.

Until next Friday, think about what you’ll do to make a difference. And keep some powder dry. (Gun owning patriots are the last line of defense between America and slavery. As the saying goes, “Fear the Government That Fears Your Guns.” If you study history, you know that is exactly why the 2nd Amendment exists in our constitution. It is to remind our government that they work for us, not the other way around. Watch as Obama and the progressives try to circumvent and destroy our 2nd Amendment rights. He intends to do it by international treaty if necessary, but he intends to do it, make no mistake. The moment he tries will likely be the moment the shooting starts.)

Democrat “Porn Stars” Raping “Underage” America

This is the equivalent of a porn star repeatedly raping an unwilling, underage kidnapping victim while the director of the film lies about her age and lack of consent in order to sell films.  The underage rape victim in this case is America, the constitution, freedom, and liberty.  The rapist and the director are the congress/senate, and the media working hand in hand.

Many of the dirt bags on both sides of the isle are “retiring” and electing not to run for reelection in November.  They see the writing on the walls.  They know that America is fully awake now, and if they continue to screw us there will be an uprising unlike any seen since the revolutionary war.  Unfortunately, we have let these self-serving butt-monkeys do so much damage that we are likely to see a much deeper recession or an outright depression in this country when the seeds sown by liberals and “progressives” bear their poison fruit.  That depth of pain is likely to spawn a violent revolution if a new government isn’t already in place.

One of the dirt-bags who is bowing out is none other than Chris Dodd.  Not only should he not run for reelection, he should resign immediately and take Barney “Pole-Pot” Frank with him.  They should both be sharing a cell on the same block as Nancy Pelosi and several of the other idiots who are DIRECTLY responsible for laying the foundation for our economic collapse.

Not only should these clowns resign, they and all politicians should not be receiving life-long pensions.  But that’s a rant for another post.

It’s also what taxpayers would feel if the networks were actually reporting the latest developments with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which have been protected for years by high profile Democrats Reps. But since the Christmas Eve announcement of millions in salaries and bonuses and the Obama administration’s pledge of “unlimited financial assistance” to the mortgage giants, ABC and CBS offered a total of three brief mentions totaling 175 words about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. NBC hasn’t mentioned them at all.

Give Thanks for Veterans

This venerable and much honored WW II vet is well known in Hawaii for his seventy-plus years of service to patriotic organizations and causes all over the country. A humble man without a political bone in his body, he has never spoken out before about a government official, until now.  He dictated this letter to a friend, signed it and mailed it to the president.

Dear President Obama,

My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don’t believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.

I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos’n Mate. Now I live in a “rest home” located on the western end of Pearl Harbor, allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.

One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.

So here goes.

I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.

I can’t figure out what country you are the president of. You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:

” We’re no longer a Christian nation”

” America is arrogant” – (Your wife even announced to the world,”America is mean-spirited. ” Please tell her to try preaching that nonsense to 23 generations of our war dead buried all over the globe who died for no other reason than to free a whole lot of strangers from tyranny and hopelessness.)

I’d say shame on the both of you, but I don’t think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.

After 9/11 you said,” America hasn’t lived up to her ideals.”

Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn’t mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.

I don’t think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.

Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.

Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don’t, I’ll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue. You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.

And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don’t want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts, who was putting up a fight? You don’t mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don’t want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.

One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you’re the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you’re not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you’re thinking of.

You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.You’re not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That’s not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now. And I sure as hell don’t want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle.

Between Us and Tyranny? The Senate

Nancy Pelosi, the Botox Bolshevik Bimbo herself, succeeded in strong-arming just enough of the democrat representatives, plus one traitorous republican Joseph Cao of Louisiana, into selling America into slavery.

I encourage you, and as many people as you can stir into action, to fax, write, call, and e-mail these deluded anti-Americans their “pink slips.”  They need to know that if we are in their district, we will vote against them.  They need to know that if we don’t live in their district that we will donate money to their challengers, work for their opponent’s campaign, make phone calls, put up signs, e-mail people, and do ANYTHING within our power to ensure that their tenure in Washington is OVER.  They also need to know that we are not doing this ALONE.  We MUST do this as a united front to sweep these people from office.  If we don’t, we are finished.  Their power will be complete, the districts will be restructured to elect who THEY want, and nothing that we say will matter in the slightest anymore (not that it matters much to them now).

Our last line of defense protecting us from total tyranny now is the senate.  We must PREEMPTIVELY do the same with them as I mentioned above.  If cooler heads do not prevail, and this sprint towards communism and the indentured servitude of all Americans isn’t stopped, I fear that the consequences for America will be violent and bloody.

Why do I say this?  I hear things.  Ask yourself how much will you let your government take from you before you snap?  They tax away so much of your income that you can’t make your house payment, can’t afford to buy enough food to eat every day of the week, get your car repossessed because you can’t make that payment, and can’t send your kids to college, how will you react?  When you’re sick, or worse you’re children are sick and there is a 3 week to 1 month wait to see a doctor, what will you do?  Two weeks into the wait for that doctor visit, your child has pneumonia, can’t breath, is turning blue, yet you can’t see a doctor, what will you do?  Is there a point at which enough of your liberty has been taken from you that you will actually get mad enough to forcefully try to get it back, or die trying? Nearly every day I hear people who UNDERSTAND liberty discussing that very question.  These are things that probably haven’t been discussed by rational people in this country since the 1700’s.  This is a scary time.  Again, I must be clear that I am NOT advocating any sort of revolution or violence.  I’m just telling you what I hear.  People are scared.  The “American Way” is about to be destroyed, and some of us aren’t ready to see that happen.

That is why I’m BEGGING you to do everything you can to help staunch the political bleeding and help convince our elected officials to act rationally.  They can’t continue to spend and tax the way they are while also destroying the economic engine that makes tax revenue available.  They can’t continue to destroy the lives and freedom of Americans and assume that there will be no consequence.  Most importantly, they can’t do all of this to us and be excluded from the repercussions.

Below is a chart from The Liberty Counsel that compares where several of the various health care bills stand on hot button issues.  So far, ALL of the democrat proposed versions STINK ON ICE.  You be the judge.  Do you like the idea of paying penalties for not buying the government mandated insurance?  Do you think it’s fair that illegal aliens won’t have to pay that penalty?  Do you like the idea of the national health care identification cards?  Sounds kind of like the mark of the beast to me.  Do you like the fact that EVERY VERSION THUS FAR calls for RATIONING OF HEALTH CARE?  If none of this seems to bother you, then take the blue pill and go back to sleep.

The (2nd) American Revolution is Coming

Commander Wilson has very succinctly hit the nail on the head.  The resistance is forming, but to prevent outright revolution and bloodshed we need to be taking bolder moves NOW.  I GUARANTEE that EVERY congressman and senator in Washington have skeletons in their closets, and there is someone who disagrees with the direction this country is going who knows about those skeletons.  The democrats have been playing this game for a long time, and now it’s time to beat them at their own game.  If we get enough of them embroiled in legal battles and scandals, perhaps even to the point that we can remove them from office, they will be too busy defending themselves and trying to save their jobs to march to Obama’s tune.  If we don’t go on the attack now, as Commander Wilson states, 2010 may be too late because they will have gerrymandered the voting districts to the point that democrat control will be assured.

Obama and his fellow communists are driving this country inexorably toward a potentially bloody second American Revolution.  They will be to blame for attempting to destroy the American way of life, but we the average Americans will also be to blame for not being the diligent, informed, proactive CITIZENS that we must be to defend our liberty.  A revolution is coming, let there be no doubt.  I just hope enough Americans awake from their slumber soon enough to prevent the loss of our nation.

When the revolution begins, I will not be the one who fired the first shot.  But I will join Commander Wilson and the millions of other Americans who will be on the side of liberty and freedom to finish the fight.

God, please shine your mercy and grace upon America once again.  Amen.

We lived in California during the winters of 2007 and 2008. We became addicted to Fox News and watched O’Reilly and Hannity and Colmes every night.. When we got back home, we upgraded our cable to get Fox. I watched the Presidential campaign very closely. Initially because I thought the Democrats would nominate Hillary Clinton and then in astonishment when they chose an even more hard-left candidate. All of last year I told everyone I could that Obama was not a Democrat, he was a Marxist. He is far to the left of any European leader and even our far left party, the NDP.

I read Saul Alinsky when I was in University. I studied him and his writing carefully. When Bill Ayers and his idiot wife were bombing and killing people at random in the Weather Underground. Weather Underground and the Black Panthers were closely allied. I read David Horowitz’s account of changing from a Marxist to a conservative after seeing that the government was afraid to prosecute members of the Panthers for murdering his personal assistant. He suddenly understood the evil that Marxism really was.

After the student radicals failed in creating a Marxist revolution in the United States by violent means, they embraced Alinsky. You would be wise to read “Rules for Radicals” because it outlines how Hillary and Obama planned to get into power, and what they intended to do when they got it.

Socialism is not the correct descriptor for what Obama and the Democrats are doing. They are going to be much more far reaching than anything Sweden has ever been able to do. Obama is following Alinsky’s plans, those set out in “Rules for Radicals” and his other writing. The Democrats are attempting to create one party rule in the U. S. and in achieving that, will create crisis after crisis by their own actions and use those crisis to nationalize the means of production in the U. S. You are in the middle of a communist revolution and few in the U. S. can actually see it for what it truly is.

The U. S. is now on the path of financial destruction. The Constitution has been shredded and individual human rights are being trampled. In less than 8 months. Obama has used a recession to take over the two largest industries in the U.. S. He will debase the Dollar and is on the road to creating an incredible energy shortage that will allow him and Congress to take over the energy industry.

But by and large I think that by the 2010 elections, the Democrats will have gerrymandered electoral districts to the point that it will be impossible for them to lose control of both houses of Congress. The incredible increase in the money supply is going to create Zimbabwe and Venezuela style inflation, and with it, controls on the currency and the amount of money that can be taken out of the country.

I love America , I cannot believe how the ignorance of the American public has created a situation whereby they are going to lose their Republic and slip into an age of repression and tyranny.

I may be nuts, but so far I have been 100% in my predictions of what Obama was going to do, because I merely had to look at “Rules for Radicals” to see what was coming next.

I read Glenn Beck’s book, “Common Sense” and in it re-read Thomas Paines pamphlet with the same name. I recommend the book.

When the storm finally hits (and it will), those of you who supported the Obama administration will be affected as well. It won’t just be us gun owners or Flat-Taxers, or Pro-Lifers that get hit. You’ll be right there next to us.

You all thought the Conservatives were nut cases. You know, all of us who believe in God, small government, the Second Amendment, etc. You thought you could just go back to sleep after the election was over. In your world, America will continue as before. You’ll still have the same rights, the same nice house, the same big screen television. After all, your high school football team won and the other team lost – go team! Even if you have bothered to look up from the daily grind since Nov 4th, you dismissed everything that has occurred as “politics as usual–the same old stuff”.

In the end, it’ll all be OK won’t it? Not this time.

There are a growing number of citizens in the US that are ready to fight to shut down the government’s grab of personal freedom, it’s blatant abuse of the constitution, and it’s an attempt to replace the American way of life with socialism. You have to listen carefully to hear them, but they are there. I won’t start that fight, but when it goes down I will join it.

As for you, why, you’ll be shocked because you didn’t see it coming. And eventually you’ll be saddened when you see that we have truly lost the way of life with which you grew up. You’ll be saddened that your children and grandchildren live in a socialist, government-controlled gulag where their every movement from cradle to grave is tracked by the government. But most of all, you’ll be saddened by the death of friends and relatives who are brave enough to fight and die for something they believe in.

You know, McCain wasn’t much of a candidate. I’ll give you that. He was the lesser of two evils for most of us. I don’t blame you for not voting for him since, at the time, you didn’t know what we all know now. But at least John McCain was an American. He was a supporter of the American way of life and he understood that you can’t negotiate with terrorists. He understood and appreciated the sacrifice made by my father and other members of the Greatest Generation.

Mark my words friends. All across America groups are forming. They are forming out of anger and out of desperation at the thought of losing America. They’re not militia groups, terrorists as the Department of Homeland security would have you believe; they are Americans, loyal to the constitution. They are mothers and fathers and grandparents. They belong to groups like the Minutemen Civil Defense Corps, the Peaceful Resistance, the Constitution Party, the Young Conservatives, the 9/12 Project, and Grassfire. Right now they are fragmented, each focused on their own cause. But sometime in the next two years, our government is going to do something really stupid and these groups will come together. Watch for it, wait for it — get ready. It will happen.

When that event happens, whatever “it” is, our great country is going to plunge into chaos for a while. I pray to God that we make it through that time and emerge a stronger, smarter country.

Black Reverend Speaks of Coming Race Riots Against Obama

…that long legged mac daddy, that half breed, that muslim, that illegal alien, that emissary of the devil, that vice president of genocide in hell. We need to get him out of the White House.

Many blacks are now “wising up” to the lies of B. Hussein Obama.  How soon before Americans of all races rise up and throw off the shackles of slavery that Obama is trying so hard to place upon us?  How soon before there is open bloodshed in the streets as a direct result of the policies of Obama and his liberal henchmen?  If he is not removed, and some semblance of constitutional order restored to our government, mark my words, the violence is coming.  There is likely to be an upheaval the likes of which has not been seen or felt in this country since the Revolutionary or Civil War.  All this will be because of the power grab of Obama and the liberals who are using the divide and conquer strategy to pit us against each other so they can control us all.  This from the man who according to his campaign is supposed to be the post-racial candidate/president.  Whether he is opening the big, fat mouth perched high atop his long, skinny legs to call white police officers “stupid,” or he is signing legislation that will take from one group and give to another, or favor one group over another as all of his legislation has done, everything he is doing and has done thus far is steering us inevitably toward a reckoning.  Whether good and the American way ultimately triumph, or whether we are beginning the period of tribulation prior to the return of Christ no one knows.  But unless the safety valve is found and opended soon, an ugliness that I prefer not to think about is soon to be upon us.

Continue to do the things you can legally do to steer our nation away from the abyss.  Write all of our politicians, not just the ones who represent you.  Hand write your letters, as they are more likely to be read, but don’t stop with the e-mail and faxes either.  Make every effort to convince these fools that they are leading us down the path to destruction.  Pray that this works, but while praying prepare for the chance that it does not.

On Glenn Beck’s radio show last week, I quipped, in response to our wayward federal government, “I may run for president of Texas.”

That need may be a reality sooner than we think. If not I, someone someday may again be running for president of the Lone Star State, if the state of the union continues to turn into the enemy of the state.

From the East Coast to the “Left Coast,” America seems to be moving farther and farther from its Founders’ vision and government.

George Washington advised, “The great rule of conduct for us, in regard to foreign nations, is, in extending our commercial relations, to have with them as little political connection as possible.” Yet the Obama administration just pledged $900 million in U.S. taxpayer-funded aid to Hamas-controlled Gaza and Mahmoud Abbas’ Palestinian Authority.

Thomas Jefferson counseled us, “We must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt.” Yet the feds have skyrocketed our national debt by trillions of dollars, and they plan much more fiscal expansion, with few expectations of resistance. George Washington admonished, “To contract new debts is not the way to pay for old ones.” But we keep borrowing and bailing out, and we watch the stock market plunge further every time we do.

Patrick Henry taught,(DON’T MISS THIS!)

“(Our Constitution) is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.”

Yet our Congress and president stampede that founding document, overlook its explicitness and manipulate its words to abandon a balance of power and accommodate their own desires, partisan politics and runaway spending.

John Adams declared, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.” Yet we’ve bastardized the First Amendment, reinterpreted America’s religious history and secularized our society, and now we ooze skepticism and circumvent religion on every level of public and private life.

How much more will Americans take? When will enough be enough? And when that time comes, will our leaders finally listen, or will history need to record a second American Revolution? We the people have the authority, according to America’s Declaration of Independence, which states:

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security.”

It was this type of thinking that led me to utter the tongue-in-cheek comment on Glenn Beck’s radio show that I may run for president of Texas.

I’m not saying that other states won’t muster the gumption to stand and secede, but Texas has the history to prove it. As most know, Texas was its own country before it joined the union as the 28th state. From 1836 to 1846, Texas was its own republic. Washington-on-the-Brazos served as our Philadelphia. Washington-on-the-Brazos is where, on March 2, 1836, a band of patriots forged the Texas Declaration of Independence.

On March 1, 1845, then-President John Tyler signed a congressional bill annexing the Republic of Texas. Though the annexation resolution never explicitly granted Texas the right to secede from the union (as is reported often), many (including me) hold that it is implied by its unique autonomy and history, as well as the unusual provision in the resolution that gave Texas the right to divide into as many as five states. Both the original (1836) and the current (1876) Texas constitutions also declare: “All political power is inherent in the people. . They have at all times the inalienable right to alter their government in such manner as they might think proper.”

Anyone who has been around Texas for any length of time knows exactly what we’d do if the going got rough in America. Let there be no doubt about that. As Sam Houston once said, “Texas has yet to learn submission to any oppression, come from what source it may.”

For those losing hope and others wanting to rekindle the patriotic fires of early America, I encourage you to join Fox News’ Glenn Beck, me and millions of people across the country in the live telecast “We Surround Them,” which will be on Fox News Channel Friday, March 13, at 5 p.m. EDT. We are nerved for the contest and must conquer or perish. It is vain to look for present aid; none is at hand. We must now act or abandon all hope! Rally to the standard, and be no longer the scoff of mercenary tongues! Be men, be free men, that your children may bless their father’s name.”
