On the surface I’d like to think this is a good thing (Biden/Obama allowing Israel to take care of business). Pulling off the gloves and allowing Israel to protect herself with our blessing would be the right thing to do, but knowing how Obama dislikes (hates?) Israel makes me think something else is afoot. My first guess is that Obama hopes Israel does indeed strike Iran’s nukes. What I believe he wants to accomplish is two fold. First, he lets Israel do our dirty work for us. Second, by striking Iran, Israel stirs up a hornet’s nest and gets attacked from all sides in the middle east. When this happens, Obama will throw them under the bus and be rid of them.
If it weren’t for a little thing called Biblical prophecy, it might just work.
I’d love to hear any other plausible theories on this.
